Actors wanted for the theatre ´´There Was An Old Woman´´

The show will be touring to a range of venues including The Tricycle Theatre, Exeter Northcott, The Grand Wolverhampton, Buxton Opera House, Hull Truck and Derby Guildhall.

Rehearsals will be 5 days a week (including weekends) from Saturday 14th January to Friday 3rd February and then the 6th to the 10th February 2012.

Previews are arranged for the 4th and 5th February and then 65 tour dates follow with the show premiering at Malvern Festival Theatre on February 11th and touring through until July 25th – mostly weekends and school holidays.


Auditions will take place in early November in Egham (J13 of the M25 or 35 minutes from Waterloo/Clapham Junction)

What do we look for?
A Russian scientist whose job depends on his successfully researching the story of the amazing.

Old Woman – A very physical role requiring an actor with strong improvisational skills, a flair for non verbal communication and great comic timing
